Our team submits any necessary permit applications for Etobicoke and surrounding GTA areas including zoning compliance and building code approvals. Most sheds under 15 sqm (161 sq ft) don't need a permit, and we'll confirm local requirements during consultation.
We utilize PT Canadian spruce framing, galvanized steel roofing, and weather-resistant LP SmartSide® siding on our builds. These materials won't be damaged by snow, rain, or temperature fluctuations; a 15-year warranty against rot is included.
The average project takes 4-6 weeks from start to finish. For urgent needs, we can accommodate faster turnarounds - just ask during your consultation!
All of our sheds come with a 5-year limited labour warranty that covers craftsmanship. Warranty on materials typically ranges from 10-25 years depending on the component. Please refer to our Warranty page for more detailed information.
Absolutely! Basic consultations allow clients to select from 6 roof styles, 8 door designs, and window options (transoms, sliding barn sash). Custom projects will have additional choices available. We can colour match siding to ensure a cohesive look using Sherwin-Williams® paint colour matching techniques.
We also offer 0% interest financing options for up to 12 months via our third-party partners for completed-contracted clients only.
We will provide quotes based on our recommendation for necessary gravel or concrete block foundations and install them for clients using the proper materials. Full concrete slab foundations may require an extra fee but will be carried out by our trusted partners.
All work is completed per the Ontario Electrical Safety Code.

We're familiar with both Toronto zoning bylaws and Conservation Authority policies. Local zoning has changed over the last couple of years, but we've completed hundreds of permitted projects with them (over 400 and counting) after 25+ years of experience in the GTA area.
Rush builds (2-3 weeks) are possible for an additional fee of $500-$1,000, unless there are custom-ordered materials to be imported. The time frame will be determined and discussed during prior consults and may be impacted by weather delays.
