Yes! All estimates are free, and available with no obligation to book. We provide clear, transparent pricing with no hidden fees. Estimates are broken down as separate line items for practical services (ie. fertilizer, yard clean-up, ornamental tree pruning, etc.)

Depending on your needs, we schedule visits on a weekly, bi-weekly or monthly basis. The majority of our clients choose weekly grass-cutting with bi-weekly garden bed maintenance from March-October.
You let us know your ideal availability, and we’ll do our best to accommodate. We’ll give you a confirmed schedule for your visits before your maintenance program begins, and send you reminders before your next scheduled visit.

We offer a 5 year limited warranty on labour for maintenance services. If you’re dissatisfied, we’ll return within 48 hours of anticipated resolution at no additional charge.
We accept credit, debit, e-transfer or cheque. Ask about our prepay plans and save 10% when paying in advance for seasonal services. We offer monthly billing for recurring services.
Clients are sent automated text messages and/or emails 48 hours prior to their next visit. Our online portal allows clients to tap into real-time tracking of our team progress.
Yes. We make it a priority to use organic fertilizing products, electric equipment whenever possible and smart watering strategies. Ask about our Bee-Friendly Garden plan.
We offer property managers a 15% discount for 3+ properties. Annual plans include 2 complimentary clean-ups.
If you need to make adjustments, simply notify us by phone or through our online portal, at least 72 hours ahead of our next scheduled visit. We’ll adjust service delivery & costs on a prorated basis.
Yes. Additional services can be added by logging into our client portal, or by reaching out to our customer service representatives. The majority of add-on service requests are competed within 5 business days.
We offer 24/7 on-call storm damage clean-up services (ex. downed tree branches, pooling water) and guarantee a two-hour response time for our existing clients.
It’s helpful to let us know if you have any specific concerns about how we access your property (e.g. needs related to pets, locked gates, sensitive areas of the garden). A walkthrough with your assigned crew leader will also be arranged if requested.
We work with residential clients in and around Milton, and as far as Oakville, Mississauga, & Brampton. Supplemental travel charges may apply beyond 25km of our Milton office.
We employ GPS trackers on company vehicles, ensure all staff are identified by branded uniforms, and lock any backyard gates following a visit. We’ll ensure that plant debris is removed and leave your yard free of any tools & materials used while servicing your property.
