A standard clean-up includes blowing/raking and collection of leaves and debris from lawns and flowerbeds, a final cut and edge of the season, light cleaning of garden beds and trimming of any remaining, overgrown perennial plants.
Additional services such as core aeration, eco-friendly waste removal and disposal, and shrub pruning can be added à la carte.
We generally recommend booking 2-4 weeks in advance of your desired date, especially during peak leaf drop (late October to early November). We do our best to give priority booking availability to those pre reserving their space on our route before September 30th.
Our crews will come equipped with industry leading leaf blowers, rakes, mowers and collection bags to get the job done. You do not need to supply any tools/materials, though we do appreciate a detailed description of any particularly fragile areas of your landscape that may require extra care or avoidance.
Absolutely. Our team can accommodate several requests and ensure that we allocate time once we get on site for picking leaves out of hard to reach areas such as flower beds, under shrubs, around the property line, and more. Please be sure to point out such requests at the time of booking.
When disposing of leaves and organic debris, we either add collection and disposal through your municipal operated program, or with our third-party partners. We do not use landfill space for organic waste.

No, we will provide a typed estimate with a set price. Our pricing includes labour, disposal of any waste up to a set amount and HST.
Yes! We offer a 10% loyalty discount when it s booking with us year after year and a 15% discount for bundling the service with core aeration, overseeding and/or top dressing services.
Most residential properties can be completed in 1-3 hours, though larger estates (1+ acre) and/or heavily treed properties can require a full-day effort.
If severe rain or wind conditions occur leading up to a scheduled cleanup day resulting in unsafe conditions for our crews to work in, we'll reschedule at no extra charge.
Light rain doesn’t damage machines, and wet leaves are considerably easier to work with and collect!
Changes requested with greater than 48 hours notice will incur no penalties. Cancellations within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment will result in a $50 penalty administration fee.
Using GPS tracked vehicles, efficient routing software and/or pre scheduling buffer times. Additionally, you will be contacted via text/email notifications as the crew begin enroute.
