Interlock Repair & Sealing Mississauga

We provide a free visual inspection of your interlock to identify signs of damage such as uneven surfaces, standing water, weed growth, loose pavers, or worn sealant. In most cases, a combination of repair and sealing is needed for maximum longevity and durability. We'll explain the specific needs of your project during the inspection.

1. Clear the working area and pressure wash to remove all debris
2. Re-level any sunken pavers and replace broken or damaged stones
3. Apply polymeric sand in the gaps between pavers to inhibit weed growth
4. Seal the interlock using your choice of finish (Natural Look, Matte, Gloss)
5. Perform final cleaning and walkthrough

Most residential interlocking projects take 1 - 3 days. Our sealers cure fast, allowing for foot traffic 4-6 hours after completion. Full curing time (including vehicular traffic) is 24 hours from application.

We use commercial grade UV-protected sealants with the following finishes:

• Natural Look: Retains original colour, slight sheen
• Matte Finish: Slip-resistant surface, perfect for driveways
• High Gloss: Maximum protection from stains, optimal for patios

We use high pressure spray to remove all vegetative growth before sealing. Polymeric sand is then applied to prevent weed growth for years to come. Routinely resealing on a yearly basis keeps them at bay.

The working area will be inaccessible during active repair. (usually a 4-8 hour window). You will be given timelines and updates to plan accordingly.

All repairs are covered under our 5-Year Limited Labour Warranty. Sealants come with manufacturer warranties ranging from 2-4 years, depending on the selected product.

We use colour-matching technology and specialty cleaners to blend new pavers with existing ones. In cases of severe discoloration, or excesive fading we may suggest selective replacement or a complete resealing using tinted sealant.

We will halt the repair work immediately upon noticing unexpected issues, we will:

1. Document and photograph the discovered damage
2. Provide options for proceeding with necessary repairs, along with adjusted estimates
3. Seek your approval before continuing the project

Certain sealants can increase slipperiness but our matte and natural finishes include anti-slip additives. We will advise you on the best product based on your usage needs.

The optimal time for interlock repair is between April- October, when temperatures are consistently above 10°C. We use temperature-controlled materials to extend the project timeline into early spring/late fall.
