We offer flexible appointments including evenings & weekends for property managers, and may charge a nominal fee for rush projects. Our office will accommodate all property manager requests for urgent matters whenever possible!
We accept credit/debit, e-transfers, & cheques. Sodding services typically require a 50% deposit payable upon booking, with the other half due upon completion.
For optimal results, sodding should be completed in the spring or autumn months, though in most cases work is possible beyond these times (as long as the ground is not frozen). We analyze current weather forecasts and will only reschedule installations when conditions pose a significant risk to the sod's ability to take root.
Our crews use specialized tarps for debris pick up as well as vacuum mulchers for loose soil/dirt. We will do a broom sweep of your lawn and take all waste materials off-site.
