Yes! We conduct FREE on-site evaluations to assess factors like soil quality, sunlight exposure & existing landscaping features. From there, we'll work with you on a customized project plan, complete with clear pricing, before work begins.

Most projects take 1-3 weeks from design approval to completion. Smaller installations (ex: flowerbeds) may only require 2-3 days, while complex layouts with grading or irrigation add-ons will take longer. But rest assured, we'll prioritize timely completion and keep you updated every step of the way.

Our 3-step design process includes:

• Site assessment - mapping out sun/shade areas, soil pH, drainage patterns
• Conceptual development - presenting 2-3 layout options with plant selections
• Modifications - adjustments to spacing, color schemes, functional elements (ex: pathways)

Spring (April-May) and early fall (Sept-Oct) are ideal planting seasons for most species. We avoid installations during frost risks or extreme summer heat. During winter months, we'll focus on layout planning & hardscape installations in preparation for spring planting.

Yes! We offer a 5-year Limited Labor Warranty on all installations. While plants must be cared for properly, we'll replace those that don't survive due to improper handling or root health within 90 days. Read our Warranty info.

Most residential softscaping won't require permits. That said, we can advise re: local regulations if your project involves significant grading, tree removal, water features near property lines, etc. We'll help obtain permits & provide any necessary documentation before breaking ground.

Yes! Clients can subscribe to seasonal maintenance packages or request a custom care plan post-install. We also share pruning tips, watering schedules, fertilizer alerts, etc via email.

Our standard design process includes up to 3 rounds of revisions, ensuring ample opportunity to tweak plant selections, make layout adjustments or refine budget requirements as necessary. Beyond those revisions, small fees may apply for more complex modifications.
