Yes, when we visit your home for a consultation, we'll show you a portfolio of recent work, including projects in your area. From custom cabinetry to built-ins and trim work, we'll have examples to share. Some pieces cannot be shown on our website due to client privacy and will be shared in person only.
We'll bring samples to help you choose the best materials for your needs.
Our in-house design team works closely with you to refine our initial designs, providing detailed sketches, 3D models and material samples until you're satisfied. If your project requires truly unique elements, we'll work with you one-on-one to ensure your custom needs are met. We love a good challenge!
Depending on the scale of the project, most jobs take 3-8 weeks from design approval to the actual installation. We'll keep in touch with you every step of the way and work to mitigate disruptions if we anticipate material delays or scheduling conflicts.
While we don't apply for permits on your behalf, we can advise you on what's required in your area and provide the necessary documentation. We'll submit the proper final drawings and documents related to our business licensing in Ontario, which can be viewed on our About page.
We offer weekly status updates via your preferred contact method (email, phone) as well as progress photos at key milestones. You'll be assigned a dedicated project manager who will remain your main contact throughout the project.

We require a 50% deposit to secure your project's place in our schedule, with the remaining balance due upon completion. For larger projects, we offer staged payment plans.
Before production begins, changes to the design can be made. However, alterations requested after design approval may incur additional costs and result in delays; we'll provide written details for your consent before proceeding.
We work with top suppliers across Ontario and source 80% of materials locally. Whenever possible, we use FSC-certified woods, reclaimed elements, or recycle salvaged material. Ask about our eco-solutions program for more sustainable options.
