We advise anywhere from 6-8 weeks ahead of activity dates to secure weekend rentals. Last-minute bookings accepted with premium service fee (15%). Minimum 72-hour notice needed to accommodate requests.
We allow free rescheduling with 24-hour notice; if same-day cancellation, you will receive a 50% credit towards future appointments.
One-time complimentary rescheduling offered at 72 hours notice; $50 admin fee applied thereafter.
