Yes! We require 24 hours notice before your scheduled appointment to accommodate rescheduling requests. Note that during peak seasons our crews prioritize dedicated repeat clients.
We provide email or SMS confirmations prior to service appointments, and post-service updates including scheduling changes, recommendations and post-care tips. We also provide all of our clients with 24/7 access to convenient online portals where they can assess comprehensive treatment logs.
We offer a 5% discount to senior citizens who purchase full-year contracts, and bulk pricing for property managers who oversee 3+ individual homes. Be sure to ask your Account Manager about special seasonal promotions or discounts.
Our crews will delay mowing by 1 day if rainfall exceeds 1 inch within the past 24 hours. For fertilization, we will reschedule if there is heavy rainfall (>20 mm) in the forecast within 48 hours immediately following treatment.
We are happy to offer one-time services (ex. Event preparations such as clean up, dethatching or aeration) and require at least 72 hours notice in advance of any booking.
We accept payment by credit/debit, email funds transfer, cheque or pre-authorized payment plans. All invoices are delivered electronically after services are completed.
